SESC is searching for a Systems Analyst with over 7 years of experience to work in Atlanta, GA. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding both technical and business concepts, and will be able to communicate those concepts to internal/external clients and developers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Develop thorough functional design specifications, based on system knowledge and research and provide consultative guidance to project teams for their evaluation.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the Software Development Methodology and will apply it appropriately to the development activities managed.
• Perform analysis of business requirements, providing feedback to internal/external clients and technical resources to insure client expectations are captured accurately.
• Effectively develops and interprets technical specifications and functional design specifications to deliver to technical resources.

Skills/Experience
• Banking/Finance industry experience.
• Experience with systems design and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• An understanding of object-oriented design and development, especially around Java and J2EE
• Working knowledge of UML
• Exhibits exceptional oral communication, written communication, organizational, and time management skills - multitasking specialty.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel to include technical and non-technical and management.
• Works exceptionally well in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.

Education Requirements
BS, Computer Science, etc or equivalent professional experience
