Cie Studios is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative work on a variety of interactive web marketing and application projects.

The Creative Director must be both an outstanding designer and a hands-on manager who can lead and mentor a group of talented senior designers and art directors. The Creative Director must have an exceptional understanding of user interface design and interactive design.

Cie Studios is a growing company and is looking to add passionate, innovative, and intelligent people to our team who can help us create the next generation of interactive software.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• You must have a strong understanding of usability, Web 2.0 design, and interactive media.
• You must have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable communicating with peers, executives, and clients.
• You must be able to lead brainstorming and discovery meetings both internally and with clients.
• You must have high standards of design and know how to raise the standards of those who work with you.
• You will work with a team of 6 designers and work with project managers and programmers to ensure that there is a high level of collaboration on projects.
• You must have knowledge of best practices and processes to continuously improve the creativity and productivity of your team.
• You should have a strong personal interest in interactive trends including online games, social media, and interactive applications.
• You should have at least 4 years of experience in interactive and must have at least 2 years of experience as a Creative Director.
• You must have a strong portfolio of high quality interactive work.

Relevant design experience includes rich interactive applications, game development, motion graphics, web development, photography, and print advertising.
