Position
Marketing Administrator
Description
SecureState is actively seeking a full time Marketing Administrator to manage and direct all aspects of the marketing department including advertising, branding, and promoting.
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing marketing and branding strategy.
• Act as a liaison with graphic designer.
• Assist with development and acquisition of promotional resource material including brochures, videos, pictures, and presentations.
• Keeping website up to date.
• Organize internal and client related company events.
• Promote SecureState services.
• General administrative duties assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
• Prefer at least an Associate's Degree, preferably a Bachelors in Marketing or related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong judgment and analytical ability.
• Professional demeanor.
• Reliable and conscientious.
• EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with management, staff members, and vendors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
