Support of existing .Net apps
Development of new .Net apps
Performance tuning
Training end users in use of app
Extensive troubleshooting

Skills and Experience Requirements:

Experience in database-driven programming
Full SDLC experience, including testing and troubleshooting
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Adaptability / flexibility
Strong technical ability
Ability to work well with a dynamic, growing team, as well as independently
Experience developing on MS SQL Server
Expert in developing web application screen using HTML and ASP .NET Control and .NET User Controls
Expert in using JavaScript
Expert in using DHTML
Expert in using C#.NET for developing .NET web applications using web services
Expert in using .NET Dataset
Expert in .NET framework
Expert in Structured Query Language (min. 5 years)
Ability to solve technical challenges
Ability to Debug and identify better ways of implementing solutions.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience working with DB2 would be an asset
Experience with automated unit testing and test driven development would be an asset
