Startup Staffing is working to fill key positions for our client, a major multinational electronics corporation with offices in Nashua, NH. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Software Engineer, who will be responsible for the development of our client's next generation of host-based products. This will involve designing new solution and writing functional specifications. The candidate is expected to do full time hands on programming which includes implementing, maintaining and unit testing new and existing features on Microsoft Windows platform.

Required (Must Have) Skills and Experience (5+ years):

1. Expert C++ & C# Developer with storage or networking background.
2. Demonstrable senior level experience in working on MS Windows platform.
3. Strong knowledge of object oriented design, data structures & multi-threading.
4. Ability to interact with kernel objects, file system and core OS components.
5. Ability to use 3rd party and application specific APIs.
6. Experience in implementing client server applications, managing remote clients and file sharing.
7. Good understanding of security & permission issues on MS Windows platform.
8. Good understanding of .NET framework, Windows Forms Applications & .NET Remoting.
9. Good understanding of .NET & COM interactions on MS Windows platform.

Experience with any two of following is a big plus:

1. Hands on experience with Storage Management Initiative Specification (SMI-S).
2. In depth experience with Oracle database 10g or higher.
3. Working with MS SharePoint Infrastructure.
