REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Strong knowledge of procedural and object oriented programming techniques.

· Minimum 8 years experience in application development and with all phases of system development life cycle.

· Minimum of 4 years SAP development experience in ECC 5.0 / 6.0 utilizing the new SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java stack technologies EP, BI, and PI.

· 2 years of recent experience in SAP HCM ABAP development such as Employee Self Services (ESS), Web Dynpro for ABAP & Java, NWDI and Enterprise Portals.

· 3 years EAI/ETL Development and Support Experience (Data Mapping, Translation, Integration on multi-platform environment)

· 3 years SAP PI experience in SLD, ID, IR/ESR, XML, Java, ABAP and XSLT mappings of data in various formats; Hands on experience in Runtime workbench, communication channel scheduling, Message Monitoring, EDI, ALE Configuration and complex ccBPM

· Strong skills in standard PI adapters, IDOC, RFC, ABAP and Java Proxies, File, JMS, JDBC adapters, SOAP and Web Services
