Positions in this function work in the analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. This function also is intended to include those that also may define business processes. - Reviews the work of others.- Develops innovative approaches.- Sought out as expert.- Serves as a leader/ mentor.

Primary Responsibilities:
We are currently expanding our internal care management application across our business segments, and we seek an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help facilitate this operation.
This position offers the opportunity to work with an application that combines .NET front end with SQL Server back end.

Qualifications
Diverse business analysis experience, particularly with exposure to large-scale projects.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
A proficiency with MS Office applications.
A background in the healthcare industry, especially with contact with clinicians.
A familiarity with agile methodology.
Experience with use case modeling, UML, RUP, or other documentation practices.
QA experience.
Prior development experience.
Experience working with relational databases.
