If you are a Functional PeopleSoft Consultant with North American and/or Canadian Payroll knowledge - we have the perfect opportunity for you! This is a 4 month contract (option to extend) located in Dallas, TX.

DUTIES:
1. Regularly contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards within the Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll area.
2. Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or “Super User” in the field of PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll.
3. Lead role as Functional Project Manager developing solutions to complex problems that require regular use of ingenuity, creativity and innovation.
4. Act as a liaison between the function users and information technology.
5. Design specification documents and creation of project plans.
6. Create initial documentation of a new process to include desktop procedures and process flow diagrams.
7. Troubleshooting user issues and providing support for resolution.
8. Configuration of the PeopleSoft Human Resource system.

US CITIZENS REQUIRED!

1. PeopleSoft North American and/or Canadian Payroll knowledge is required.
2. Strong PeopleSoft Functional skills (this is not a technical role).
3. 4 years of Payroll experience to include PeopleSoft 8.8 or later version.
4. 4 years Project Management experience.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Intermediate skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
7. Proven problem solving and decision-making skills for complex problems.
8. Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with general direction.
10. Self-starter; ability to drive changes to promote functional productivity and efficiency.
11. Bachelors degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.

DESIRED:
1. PeopleSoft 8.9 and/or 9.0 experience.
2. Experience with PeopleSoft Upgrades.
3. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Access.
