JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Extensive administration experience with MicroStation (CAD) v.8 and Windows Operating Systems (WinBatch, Windows Scripting).
• Prior experience working in a government and/or municipal agency a Plus.
• US State Departments of Transportation experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of C, Visual Studio, .NET, and Visual Basic a PLUS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide CAD workstation operating system administration, maintenance, and support. Also, customer support, troubleshooting problems, coordinating hardware and software standards, evaluating software and hardware, and participating in CAD system upgrades.
• Develop operational and installation procedures.
• Develop the detailed structured diagrams for the specifications of the computer programs.
• Serve as the state-wide AutoDraw liaison with users concerning requests, usage, standards, and other developmental and production matters.
• Develop test data and run tests to verify the accuracy of program logic.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals, using the state standard system development methodology. Update documentation as required.
• Train and provide support for first-line CAD support personnel for CAD systems.
