1. Possess extensive expertise (minimum 12 years experience) in bomber planning with a specialization in ALCM/CALCM flight test and operational missions. This includes understanding the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) operations and procedures.

2. Possess extensive expertise (minimum 12 years cumulative experience) in Air Vehicle Planning System (APS) and in Mission Analysis Software (MAS) and Mission Analysis and Validation Software (MAVS).

3. Possess extensive expertise (minimum 12 years experience) of the Nuclear Weapon System Evaluation Program (NucWSEP) and Air to Ground Weapon System Evaluation Program (WSEP) mission planning process

4. Posses extensive expertise (minimum 12 years cumulative experience) in software development and maintenance processes to include requirements analysis, design, testing, configuration management, and problem resolution.

5. Possess expertise with UNIX commands, scripts, and Oracle database tables. Must be proficient in Bi Query database tool, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

B-2 Mission Planning Environment Support:

1. Possess extensive expertise (minimum 12 years experience) in B-2 mission planning with particular emphasis in nuclear weapons planning and operations.

2. Possess extensive experience (minimum 12 years experience) with B-2 planning systems and associated hardware and software functional architecture, configuration management processes, and life-cycle management processes.

3. Possess extensive experience (minimum 12 years experience) validating Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network (ISPAN) requirements and integrating requirements into the B-2 MPE.

4. Possess extensive experience (minimum 12 years experience) with APS to AFMSS interface control document planning, coordination, evaluation, and requirements generation.
