Barkley is looking for an experienced senior Flash developer to join our growing interactive creative team. The senior Flash developer will have the support of a comprehensive technical development team with world-class credentials.

Responsibilities:

* Must communicate with Architects, Designers and Project Management on progress and risk in order to ensure effective management if client expectations
* Successfully combine a keen sensitivity toward front-end nuance with comprehensive back-end nuts and bolts
* Interface daily with creative team members and other members of our dedicated Flash team to create immersive online environments

Requirements:

* 3+ years Flash development and related Web development experience
* Ability to understand and apply object oriented development concepts
* Ability to think creatively and provide technical insight and creative thought leadership
* Ability to imagine and communicate effective solutions to client problems
* Ability to translate complex information into easy to understand terms
* Experience presenting technical topics to non-technical teams
* Proven critical thinking and soft communication skills
