This position will be part of the support team for the Customer Contact Centers for Co., 60% support, 40% development. Key responsibilites include maintaining the continued production operation of the critical call processing and call processing support applications in a highly available 24x7 call center environment. This position will work closely with some of Co.'s current support/development team to provide support and small to medium enhancements of both thick client and web applications. This position will also work with vendors for certain applications with vendor supported parts . This position will also be required to support after hour problems as well as 24X7 storm support during bad weather. Problem solving skills, debugging skills and excellent coding skills are required.

Other requirements: Experience with large scale web applications is a must. 1. VB6 2. *ASP 3. IIS Administration, ASP.Net administration 4. *VB6 COM 5. *VB6 COM+ 6. VB Script 7. XML 8. *BizTalk (2002 or higher) 9. SQL / TSQL preferable Microsoft 2005 SQL server 10. Dot Net -- Focus on: a. C# b. *C# Web Services c. ASP.NET d. VB.NET 11. Web Sphere / JAVA experience would be a plus.
