Skills Required:
1.Develop Architecture and Design for project applications;
2. Establish the SOA Integration messaging standards and apply them to project applications:
-- Message classification
-- Message Design Guideline
-- Message Structure (Header, Payload)
-- Governance process
2. Design of Canonical Data Model
-- Design Canonical Business object
-- Design Canonical Messaging formats
3. Design and Create XML Schemas (XSDs)
4. Canonical integration format transformation design
-- Transformation options analysis
-- Java objects design for canonical business objects
-- XML marshalling and unmarshalling design for SOAP.
5. Knowledge on Documentum and Record Management is big plus

Skills Required:

1. Strong communication skills;
2. Strong hand on experience on xml data modeling and xml schema.
2. Strong knowledge on SOAP.
3. Strong knowledge and hand on experience on xml/Java object marshaling and unmarshaling.
4. Knowledge on relational database data modeling.
5. Strong knowkedge and hands-on experience on web services and messaging services
