Job Description :-

Circuit Ordering and Circuit Design Process
Consolidation of ASR ordering and and Circuit Design process
Execute escalation process for IUB congestions (Top 100 and Top 1000 circuits)
Customer Not Ready remediation
Identification and remediation of required actions to relieve IuB congestion to ensure network capacity growth targets are met.
Candidate must have a COMPLETE understanding of all scopes of the Bell South BRC roles and responsibilitiy.
INTERMEDIATE on Bell South Customer Service provisioning center CSPC (Formerly known as ACAC)
Candidate must have SIGNIFICANT experience in Bell South Control Office.
