This position is responsible for directing and oversight leadership of the CONEXIS Texas Client Services team and client activities within corporate guidelines, procedures and in accordance with all regulations and company policy. Responsible for the delivery of expected performance standards of achievement, expense control for FSA, COBRA, and Direct Bill Products.
• Responsible for management of client services for all CONEXIS platforms. Management includes but is not limited to:
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate CONEXIS fiscal function and performance for Client Services.
• Participate in the development of CONEXIS plans and programs as a strategic partner.
• Proactive account management accountability for all client sizes and structure
• Responsible for service excellence results as a viable leader with client partnership reviews and travels as required which yields client retention, reference able and opportunity for cross-sell
• Enhance, recommend and/or develop new policies. Responsible for implementation of Client Services enforcing policies and procedures.
• Establish credibility and effectiveness throughout the organization and market place as an effective leader of solutions to business challenges.
• Achieve and/or exceed identified stated key performance operational indicators
• Continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budget.

Skills / Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• 15+ years client services and broker service experience
• 15+ years successful client services management
• 15+ years highly skilled in labor expense planning and goal achievement.
• 15+ years highly skilled in individual and team leadership, human resource management and motivation.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• FSA, COBRA/DB knowledge a plus
Educational Requirements:
• A Master's degree in Business is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent. A minimum of 15+ years of executive management
Physical Requirements:
Sit/stand/type/travel/use of PC's, laptop, high demands, after hour and weekend work as necessary.
