We're looking for software pre-sales engineers to be the key technical contact for prospective accounts, providing pre-sales support to our US sales team. Must have a solid technical background (preferably in SaaS products and in software product implementation) but also be:
• Enthusiastic
• Persuasive
• Self-confident
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

You'll participate in almost every aspect of the sales process and assist in:

• Qualifying opportunities for appropriate technical fit, including assessing the customer's current solution.
• Assessing the customer's business needs.
• Presenting the solution that meets the customer's requirements.

With your consultative approach, you'll:

• Cultivate customer relationships.
• Manage expectations.
• Communicate comprehensive solutions that best leverage the value that TOA's technology brings to the customer.

You'll be the “go-to” technical member of the team that will build the initial momentum for our product.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong inter-personal, oral and written communication skills a must.
• Strong presentation skills and experience in presenting to C-level groups.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Saas (preferably) software pre-sales, post-sales or related role with strong technical skills and understanding of software implementation.
• Keen desire and enthusiasm to assist prospects in understanding the value proposition of the technology and helping customers improve their business processes.
• Experience in implementing a large enterprise software product is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate as a member of the sales team. Deliver software demonstrations,
presentations and product briefings.
• Assist potential customers with software evaluations and proof of concepts.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs and serve as liaison between the sales, technical and support teams.
• Provide customer training and participate in initial implementations.
• Self starter, required to assume a leadership role with our team in supporting our technical efforts.

TRAVEL: 50% of the time.
