REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have expert knowledge of the system security certification and accreditation process.
• Expert knowledge of NIST and FISMA security-related documentation to include development of security plans and the conduct of security risk assessments.
• Must be able to support the development of information security policies, procedures, and other documentation that ensures compliance with NIST 800-series guidance.
• Address findings from Federal cyber security audits, including FISMA, OMB, and OIG.

EXPERTISE IN :

• Network protocols
• Security administration
• Intrusion detection systems
• Vulnerability assessment tools
• Database applications
• Configuration management
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and network/security analysis tools.

TECHNICAL SKILL SETS :

• Anti-Virus (Symantec)
• Network Monitoring (Security, SecurFusion)
• IDS (intrusion detection
• (SNORT, ISS), Vulnerability Assessment (Nessus, NMAP)
• SQL (Microsoft SQL, MySQL)
• OS (Linux, UNIX, Windows 2003 Servers).

CERTIFICATIONS:

CISA, CISSP,GSE,SCNA,GSLC,CISM
