Awesome opportunity to advance your Networking skills! We have a 12 month contract position (option to extend) located in Omaha, NE. Qualified individual will be skilled in MS Office Suite applications, Windows 2000, and have some Network Engineering experience.

DUTIES:
1. The ability to interface with customers for computer system problem resolution, creating and troubleshooting user accounts and profiles along with backup and restoration operation.
2. Responsible for installation, configuration, break-fix, and support of desktop technologies such as windows 2000, XP professional, Vista, and RedHat Linux.
3. Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues related to business applications as well as other productivity applications.
4. Participate on the move team that performs after hours desktop moves. Requires ability to lift personal computing equipment (approximately 50 lbs).
5. Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues related to desktop application software with emphasis on ms-office, Internet Explorer, PGP, Anti-Virus, and E-mail software, Lotus Notes, and other productivity applications.
6. Provide troubleshooting support for laptops, PDAs, printers, and other hardware devices.

US CITIZEN REQUIRED!

1. Network Engineering - 1+ years
