We are currently looking for a SAP / ABAP consultant to join our team in McLean, VA.

SAP / ABAP Consultant

Experience with:
• ABAP programming including Dialog programming using all the advanced techniques like tab strips, controls etc.
• SAP Data dictionary including creating data models and other dictionary objects
• Development Objective Oriented ABAP using ABAP Objects
• Software development methodologies
• Testing tools for SAP is a plus
• SAP ArchiveLink and Imaging systems like iXOS is a plus
• Business processes in at least a few of the following functional areas: FI (A/P, A/R, PS, PCA, FA), MM/IM, PM, TRM, RE/FX
• SAP ECC6.0 , R/3 4.7 and R/3 4.6C
• Working with end user requirements and developing functional and technical specifications based on user requirements
• Working in a onsite/offshore model is a plus

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field degree
• 5 or more years of solid hands-on SAP experience performing application design, development & implementation with SAP R/3. This experience must include not only ABAP, but significant working knowledge of the other development technologies which SAP employs such as SAP Workflow, RFCs/BAPIs/BADIs, and IDOC/ALE.
• Ability to develop detailed technical design documents based on requirements as well as operational-type run book documentation for development efforts.
• Ability to coordinate developmental activities with a small team of developers
• Working knowledge of ABAP Web Dynpro development
