Job Description :-

Project to support monthly releases of Wireless, Long distance and Bundle Product launches Milestones
Utilize the PM GUI Tool for AT&T SE Product launches, maintenance, and removal. Interface with business to design data requirements that are compatible with ordering systems RNS, ROS, and eStore. Capture requirements in Excel. Enter excel data into tool, audit, and test.
The person will do functions like the following:
Business will request to launch a new southeast ATT bundle.
Analyst will gather data from the business for the bundle such as:
products in the bundle, wireless? Dsl? POTS? LD? DISH?
For each product the analyst will gather:
is the product required to order the bundle or optional?
What is the discount the customer will receive?
What sales channel do you want the product to appear for this bundle? On line? Large team?
What is the price of the product in the bundle?
Where do you want the product to appear in a list when the bundle is displayed?
For the bundle the analyst will gather info such as this:
When do you want the bundle to launch?
What sales channels do you want the bundle to appear in?
Is the bundle available to all customers or strictly the winbacks? Saves?
The analyst will gather all of the business info needed for the systems who sell long distance, bundles, and wireless data.
All the info is captured in excel and then reviewed and baselined with the business.
After it is baselined the analyst will enter all the data into the database via a user interface tool.
The analyst will test the data entry with the business and coordinate the actual testing and launching with the business and other IT partners.
