Job Description :-

Due to the complexity of the troubles handled by this position, experience must include a minimum of 1.5+ years experience troubleshooting complex UNIX servers, operating systems, applications, SS7 T1's, PRI and IP networking troubles within an Operations environment.
Knowledge of all Operations Maintenance and Provisioning procedures, ticketing systems, tools and databases.

The Association Technical Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support for various AT&T Proprietary Web applications.
The Application supported include Webmail, MIS DNS, Customer/Web Usage Reports, and Internet Protect.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UNIX servers, operating systems, Web Applications, and IP networking to maintain 99.9+% uptime in an active production environment.
Must have the ability to quickly respond to, troubleshoot, and isolate complex, potentially service impacting conditions that require a broad and in-depth level of technical knowledge.
The ability to partner with peers and technical support organizations to manage the services, develop technical solutions, and restore services are a requirement of this position.
Candidates must be able to work independently as well as a member of a larger team.
This position will be required rotating on-call support, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
This position partners with the Tier 3 Technical Support Group to troubleshoot system problems that may impact service availability and to develop long term fixes that will prevent service affecting failures from occurring.
This position is also responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and deployments on production systems.
This position must manage multiple simultaneous troubles with fault management maintenance support as the primary focus along with new service turn-ups and provisioning support responsibilities.
