Key Responsibilities:

-Automated Script development and execution using Quick Test Professional
-Liaison between QA and Development teams (needs to be comfortable as a single point of accountability for Automated Testing)


Carries out various methods of testing including manual, batch and automated ensure that all information systems products and services meet company standards and end user requirements. Tests software to ensure defects are minimized. May create test data for applications. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Assesses risk associated with implementation. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Performs complex system & internal workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

- US Citizenship
-Must have advanced experience in test automation (Quick Test Professional - Version 9.5)
-Must have experience with both web and non-web applications
-Able to develop test data, execute test scripts and analyze results for validity and clarity
-Must have advanced knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and the development SDLC
-Previous experience where a minimum of 85% of the time was dedicated to test automation.
-Advanced knowledge of Quality Center with Defect tracking (e.g. Quality Center) -At least 4 years of overall testing experience
-Experienced in developing, changing, and/or implementing process.
-Experienced in an agile software development environment
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills


General Requirements:
-Candidate must be comfortable scheduling and leading meetings.
-Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Demonstrated skills with automation tools such as HP LoadRunner, or ParaSoft SOATest

What is Function Test?
