Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide optimal customer service to both our client field force and policyholders.

• Respond to written and telephone requests within service standards.

• Investigate, research and resolve, make recommendations for resolution for problems and issues that may arise. This may include liaising with legal, management, other departments as required.

• Provide back-up support for the Call Centre as required.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of insurance a definite asset. • Excellent customer service skills-maintains self composure when confronted on issues by demanding or irrate customers. • Excellent oral and written skills in English a definite requirement, French is also required. A written test will be administered. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Demonstrates good judgement when making decisions. • Able to handle high volumes of work and a variety of tasks at one time. • Technical Skills -- CAPSIL, MS Office. • Must be able to work overtime to maintain service standards. • Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of management and professional staff. • Takes initiative, must be a self starter. • Eager to learn
