The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Languages: Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• First level support to all IT users within client environment
• Provide required support in accordance with priority, impact and SLAs.
• Issue escalation to higher levels according to processes
• Interface between end-users and support groups for scheduled maintenance

As helpdesk analyst and part of a high-level environment, you are also responsible for:

• Working in close collaboration with your team members to meet the highest service delivery standard
• Working in accordance with TechTeam quality standards, procedures and work instructions
• Improve procedures and processes.
• Other tasks as assigned such as ticket reporting

• Language Skills: Spanish and English
• Must possess concrete customer service skills
• Good understanding and knowledge of :
• Windows XP and other OS (AS400, UNIX)
• Active Directory Basics
• MS Office Suite with expertise in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Exchange
• Networking
• Excellent oral and written English skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work efficiently under stress
• Must be flexible and willing to adapt quickly due to priority changes
• 24x7 helpdesk - Core Hours: M - F 7am to 6pm - scheduling flexibility is required for potential weekend coverage
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Must be highly motivated, with a positive "Can-do" attitude
