Our client a leader in their industry is looking for a Agile Coach. This is a contract to start for 6 months with a strong potential that it will go full time.

Job Responsibilities

-primary job is to remove impediments to allow the team to deliver.

-acts as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences.

- ensures that the Scrum process is used as intended and is the enforcer of rules.

- protect the team and keep them focused on the tasks in hand.

-Introduce Best Practices

Reporting to the Manager of Web Development, the key responsibilities of the position are to:

- Create responsive and flexible web applications in an iterative manner adapting to constant feedback from clients and SMEs.

- Be part of a diverse, high energy team focused on full life-cycle development

- Use the latest tools/techniques - design, develop and unit test application functionality to meet specified requirements

- Incorporate best of breed techniques and technologies with a focus on reducing development time and increasing maintainability

- Continually learn, mentor and grow

- Provide input and guidance with overall application and platform architecture
