This is a long-term contract (W-2) opportunity with a global company.? You will provide Desktop Support services including PC Break /?Fix, software, network connectivity support and MS Office.? You will also participate in technology refresh projects and provide phone support as needed.?

Key Functions:

• Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.?
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN incidents.?
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).?
• Staging of PCs.?
• Hardware & software maintenance and support.?
• Maintain Asset management.?
• Coordinate with Service Desk/?3rd Party Vendor for Break/?Fix hardware repair.?
• Assist and work closely on IT security issues and virus eradication effort.?
• Active participation in regular staff meetings as coordinated by Team Lead or Service Delivery manager
• Comply with User support standard processes and procedures.?
• Comply with client organization and IT security policies
