We are seeking a Technical Support 2(4002) -- Austin ,Tx

Minimum Requirements:
• 5 Years -Mac OSX-based software support experience that includes OS and application installation, maintenance and support in the context of an enterprise network operating system-based environment
• 5 Years -Windows-based software support experience that includes OS and application installation, maintenance and support in the context of an enterprise network operating system-based environment
• 3 Years -Experience supporting production graphics designers in a creative or production print shop environment

Preferences:
• 3 Years -Experience supporting the following: Adobe Creative Suites, Quark Express, Adobe Framemaker, Adobe Acrobat, font managers, .pdf editors, direct-to-plate systems, content management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and other graphics/print industry-specific products and tools--applicants should present credentials and/or resume
