Job Description:
Participate in the entire product lifecycle of medium to large scale projects either as an individual contributor or as part of a larger team.
Develop and troubleshoot embedded software in C and C++ for VoIP phones and related infrastructure equipment.
Participate in the software development lifecycle (design documentation, code reviews...)
Scope of work varies from driver-level to application level development on both proprietary and embedded Linux wireless platform.
Occasional travel may be required.


Experience:
BSEE or equivalent with minimum 3-5 years experience in programming and debugging embedded system software.
Fluent in both the C and C++ programming languages, including understanding of the build tool chain (compiler, linker, map files).

Familiarity with cross-platform development for an embedded Linux target.
Familiarity with one or more of the following also a plus, but not required: IP Protocols, 802.11 wireless protocols, SIP, Linux libraries (SSL, QT Toolkit,.), public key cryptography, Linux device drivers, kernel development.
