Project / Business Analyst specializing in Technical/Business Solutions

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday -- Friday

Responsibilities

• The Project Analyst is responsible for development and management of business requirements.
• The Project Analyst elicits, systematically analyzes, validates and documents business, organizational and/or operational requirements.
• Once requirements are identified, the Project Analyst facilitates the collaborative identification of solutions by business and technical staff based on business needs.
• Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change.
• The Project Analyst supports the successful implementation of identified solutions through the related functions of business process engineering, coordination of testing activities, issue resolution and implementation support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Certified as a Business Analyst -- a plus
• Experience in the healthcare/insurance industry preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of the Project Management Lifecycle
• Demonstrates focus on implementing business/technical solutions
• Experience with development based projects
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
