Quadtec Solutions, Inc., an IT consulting and staffing company, is looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager. The Quadtec team has been together for over 10 years, and we are a dynamic company with tremendous growth potential. We provide mid-size companies with IT consulting and recruiting services. We believe in the power of relationships and have built a successful business by cultivating those relationships into sales.

We are looking for someone who can leverage existing personal and professional contacts into profitable business relationships. We want you to leverage your network of clients and prospects to selling our services.

We are looking for someone that has a proven ability to sell technical consulting and staffing solutions at a local and regional level.

We have the technical talent and back-office infrastructure that will provide you with the resources you will need to service your clients.

As compensation, we offer 15% of your gross sales as sales commission plus an additional 2.5% to cover your expenses, for a total of 17.5%! For all sales over your annual sales target of $500,000, you will earn an additional 2.5% sales commission!

Requirements:

*3+ years successful sales track record, preferably in the IT sales solutions/staffing industry.
*Bachelor's degree preferred.
*Generated minimum annual revenue of $250,000 plus in the past year.
*Excellent customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Aggressive, results oriented professional.
*Independent self starter, motivator with good organization skills.
*Must have the ability to leverage current business relationships and build new ones.
*Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts.
*Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.
*Use your network to warm call and develop clients.
*We set targets not quotas!
*We are NOT looking for a cold caller!
