IVR Marketing Company seeks a Software Development Manager with strong PHP and MySQL skills to create and oversee development of Asterisk integrated systems (front end and back end).

Ideal candidates will have experience leading teams in the development of cutting-edge web applications. Candidates must have good interpersonal and communication skills. This is a hands on, management position requiring the ability to learn new skills and grow with the company. This position will work closely with the CEO and manage programming teams in India.

Requirements include:
•Experience managing the development of web applications (PHP, MySQL)
•Strong knowledge of Application Architecture
•Hands-on development in PHP (preferably PHP 5)
•Strong experience with MySQL
•Experience developing for Asterisk
•Start-up experience a plus
•Extensive experience developing software for the internet with PHP/MySQL (PHP 5.0)
•Extensive experience working with HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript (jQuery a plus)
•Experience with optimizing MySQL
•Experience developing in a Linux/Apache/PHP environment
•Experience working with source control like SVN/Mercurial
•Experience implementing third-party APIs
