Associate Director Sales
Description
SecureState is seeking an Associate Director Sales in the Cincinnati territory to work on new business development in this Southern Ohio territory. SecureState is located in Cleveland, Ohio and it is preferable that the candidate be located in the Cincinnati area.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory.
• To make SecureState the premier security consulting provider in territory.
• To assist in sales process development and train Inside Sales Associates and Sales Associates.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills:
• Consultative technical sales experience.
• Experience in developing new territories.
• Develop, create, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through forecasting, account strategy, and planning.
• Manage sales through calls and demonstrations for positioning and strategies.
• Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
• Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Security products and technologies, competitors, industry trends.
• Work in conjunction with consultants to develop strategies, solutions, etc.
• Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in sales cycle.
• Consistent performance against quotas, goals and targets.
• Proven ability to manage sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
• BS or BA; Degree in Computer Science/Business/Accounting/Finance.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
