Meddius is looking for a full-time Technical Support Analyst to join our energetic, multi-disciplinary team. This new team member will be providing professional, courteous and prompt technical support for all of our products, including liaising with other personnel to provide two-way communication on customer issues. This includes basic problem identification, prioritization, analysis and resolution of issues.

This team member will leverage knowledgebases for prompt and accurate resolution of basic technical issues. When required, this team member is expected to participate in weekend and after-hours support coverage, including on-call duty on a regularly scheduled rotation of responsibility across the support team.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, or other relevant combination of training and experience
A solid understanding of computer networking involving the security, routing, VPN, and the Internet. A successful applicant will have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills and should have working knowledge of Linux / Unix-based operating systems
Excellent analytical ability and interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and staff members
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering outstanding customer-focused solutions
