Web Developer -- Client Applications Group

The Web Developer is responsible for all aspects of web site development, maintenance, internet product launches, web data analysis, security, and internet technologies for the “Media Go” pc application. The Web Developer reports to the Director Engineering. The Web Developer is responsible for use of content management systems for site coding and design to include HTML, XML, JSP, PHP, ASP & Flash. The Web Developer must have a background in C++ and C# programming.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Program new website utilizing HTML, DHTML, Content Management Templating, JSP, PHP, ASP, Flash Action scripting and other technologies commonly used for programming web pages.
• Provide support for programming HTML pages, Content Management Templating and Content Management System design.
• Comply with web page standards and guidelines.
• Thoroughly unit test web pages on various browsers.
• Support system testing, resolving reported defects.
• Accurately estimate work effort and complete assignments on schedule.

Skills:
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong HTML skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge and/or experience with content management tools.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Web site design skills.
• In-depth knowledge and advanced skills with graphics programs including Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Flash, and similar tools.
• Strong Design background including the knowledge of Fonts, Color schemes and grid layouts is highly desirable.
Marketing and product positioning experience is highly desirable
