Job Description:
ROLE: Delphi Programmer

Job Overview:

· Develop conversion routine to convert legacy database to new target database for a re-platform of a client-facing application
· Modify existing Delphi conversion program to incorporate changes in target schema
· Understand business rules to ensure proper source to target conversion mapping
· Conduct unit test of conversion
· Develop conversion process documentation
· Execute the conversion for beta sites and approximately 20% of the initial deployment sites

REQUIRED SKILLS/BACKGROUND:

· Delphi programming experience
· SQL Skills
· Experience in data conversion from legacy platform to new target schema
· Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences (PMs, technical specialists, developers, architects, BSAs, etc)
· Ability to adapt to a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
· Ability to estimate time to complete assignments
· Ability to work with remote development team
