Java, J2EE, Hibernate and Spring, and experience with WebLogic is preferred.

Technical Skills
Experience with XML Schema, web services, EJB 2.1 design and development
Strong understanding of message based systems
Can identify and apply typical J2EE design patterns
Experience with a design tool such as Rational Rose, Enterprise Architect, etc.
Experience with RDBMS
Experience with BEA*s WebLogic Server
Mature development and design skills. Able to understand and translate complex business concepts into sound, reusable designs. Able to provide multiple solutions to solve complicated business and technical problems
Experience with Hibernate and Spring framework
Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools such as BEA*s WebLogic Integration, Tibco*s BusinessWork, or webMethods* Enterprise Service Platform is preferred
Experience using XQuery
Experience with continuous integration environments
Experience with Oracle 9i, 10g
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture
