LMS Administrator

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday -- Friday

Responsibilities:

• This position will support the Learning Management System (LMS) related activities at the affiliate-level (Amway Global).
• This includes:
o data integrity
o system changes
o 3rd party vendor management
o the integration of business processes into e-learning content/programs
o e-learning metrics
o analysis
o reporting
• Assist uploading and maintenance and quality assurance testing of e-learning courses
• Provide LMS and distance learning subject matter expertise
• Aid with problem identification and resolution
• Assist with the implementation of enhancements and provide selected reports tied to key metrics
• Provide needed training for learning administration and reporting.
• Work on e-learning development, processes, infrastructure, quality and controls.
• Implement course updates for learning courses developed in Flash and various authoring tools as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years hands on experience with LMS technology.
• Experience with E-learning authoring technology with a variety of tools including Flash and other Macromedia tools.
• Experience with reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, distributed systems, telecommunications/network communications, hardware configuration design and the software development process.
• Knowledge of Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliance.
