Duties:
Develops or improves ingredients by studying consumer requirements; preparing formulations; conducting sensory or chemical analyses; conducting product shelf-life tests; participating in off-site research.

Brief Description:
Chemical engineer for a major Consumer Goods Company.
Experience formulating personal care products.
Experience with soap, shaving and similar products is a plus.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Provide evaluation and feedback of current product line;
* Reformulation/Formulation enhancement of current product line;
* Collaboration with Research & Development, Senior Executives and current chemists in above process;

Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree a must, PhD a plus;
* Experience working in chemical lab setting preferably within a skin care laboratory environment;
* Experience working with on skin care products including lotions, soap or any related skin sensitive lubricants.
* Excellent communication skills;
* Experience with GMP and other laboratory guidelines;
* Ability to work with in a corporate setting;
* Ability to work with deadlines.
