"Work closely within an Agile environment with other engineers and Program Managers (Scrum Masters) to understand product requirements and validate the software solutions produced by the team. Effectively design and implement tests and test related tools. File bugs, pursue resolutions and subsequent regressions. Write test designs, test cases, and participate in code reviews. Own testing of key features and products. Interact with developers and understand product design. Collaborate with an effective team building tools and test automation that increase team output and product quality. Communicate effectively with others. Skills 2 Years of experience as an SDET and/or developer. Experience testing/developing web services. Strong understanding of one of the following languages: C/C , Java, or C# and XML (required). Ability and experience writing automated test cases using one of the languages listed above - strong white box tester. Strong ability to write effective test designs and test cases. Strong ability and desire to run manual test cases when required. Additional Skills Desired Bachelor's degree in Computer Science a plus.
