"Work with developers within and outside the region to drive the execution of projects - Contribute to architecture discussions as a part of the architecture forum - Participate in design and code reviews for internal and external teams, as necessary - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers in the team - Adhere to and help to refine the CS standards on development and architecture best practices for the team as a whole Minimum 8 years development experience Development/team management experience Very strong in Core Java and Swing development Proven experience in system architecture Very Strong on Unix fundamentals. Should have development experience on Unix platform. Experienced with multi-threading, design patterns Strong design skills, OO programming SQL knowledge (Sybase/Oracle) Perl/Shell scripting Experience with debugging tools Experience on C++ development on Unix Experience in .NET and C# development Development of Electronic trading systems FIX Protocol Education: Bachelors Degree -IT / Science / Maths/ Engineering based You must have all of the experience listed above to qualify.
