"Responsibilities: As an SDET your primary responsibilities include: working closely with Program Managers/ Developers/Business owners early on during product design, providing early feedback, independently designing, and implementing and executing test plans. You will also be developing test automation, identifying, debugging and tracking product bugs. In addition you get to make key process improvements, develop tools and infrastructure, and work closely with their customer communities resulting in direct influence of customer feedback into the end product. Required Skills: Passion for testing Ability to work independently on diverse problems Team orientation Leadership potential Ability to write strong test documentation (test plans, test strategies) Excellent oral & written communication skills BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent Development & automation experience (5 yrs) J unit experience Excellent coding skills in Java, C# or C++ Understanding of testing, test methodologies & how Test fits in diff SDLC Strong knowledge of SQL Some background or familiarity with statistics preferred MANAGER'S TOP 3 PRIORITIES: 1. Testing experience, ability to quickly fill in as an experienced tester 2. Coding skills .
