"The individual for this position will be based out of office in Los Angeles, CA.Required Position Duties: Identify business opportunities & execute marketing strategies to win business (via independent sales representatives) primarily through consultants in assigned territory. Call on consultants to convince them of the desirability and practicability of products. Engage end users, developers, architects, etc as needed resulting from primary consultant based activities. Educate at a high level within Architects and Consultants regarding value that can bring to assist in producing projects. Provide and develop technical information and brochures (in coordination with Marketing Communication) primarily to consultants in assigned territory.Minimum Qualifications of Applicant: At least five to ten years experience working with large HVAC consulting engineering firms. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. Professional Engineer certification (PE) strongly preferred. Some marketing experience or MBA degree preferred.
