"Partner cross-functionally at multiple levels to accomplish EIS program initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties as necessary to support the program. Communicate and escalate program issues, risks, constraints, and dependencies to the overall benefit of the program. Responsible for coaching and mentoring EIS team members. Present security program health to upper management and executives. Advise team and management to meet schedules and objectives and to resolve complex issues. C. Position Requirements Functional/Technical Skills Good understanding of information security best practices and methodologies Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several assignments with little direction Good understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurement) Able to manage programs and projects independently.
