"Lead the evaluation and selection of 3rd party software development tools to optimize designer/developer productivity and performance. - Define and lead a software development review and compliance program to ensure that a consistent approach to building software/service components is followed across the organization.- Monitor the state of the compliance program, the degree of compliance and whether projected benefits are achieved- Define the acceptance gates for software development, including the rules for exception conditions- Evaluate and select code profiling tools to automate the compliance process for coding and naming standards and to ensure adherence to coding principles throughout the development lifecycle- Ensure that the Comcast SDLC includes the appropriate software development and software performance reviews through the life cycle- Work with delivery team owners to establish a roadmap for migrating existing non-compliant components to the defined standards-based architecture- Lead the technical architecture development team in the development of common frameworks- Actively participate in the overall architecture and design of the core components that comprise the SBSS architecture- Establish and conduct regular reviews with senior management on progress, adherence and exceptions to standards.
