* BSCS/BSEE or equivalent work experience.

* Prior experience working as a Test Engineer or other position with emphasis on test system design and development.

Experience designing/troubleshooting mechanical test fixtures and tooling.
Experience using DOS and Windows 2K/XP operating systems on IBM-PC compatible platforms.
Working knowledge of software development under a minimum of 2 of the following languages: ANSI C/C++, Turbo Pascal, LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Microsoft VisualBasic.
Working knowledge of firmware development process using assembly language and/or C/C++ Compiler on at least one RISC target platform.
Experience using/applying general-purpose office productivity tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access or equivalent).
Working knowledge of IEEE-488 interfacing techniques.
Experience in automated production test development at the system level. Experience must include scheduling, design and development of test system hardware.
Sensor manufacturing/production test experience desirable.
Strong mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity.
