WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Cie Studios is looking for an ArtInteractive Creative Director to lead our talented creative team.
The ArtInteractive Creative Director must be an outstanding manager who can help a diverse group of designers grow professionally and realize their potential. The ArtInteractive Creative Director must have an exceptional understanding of user interface design and interactive design and must be able to lead the team to create successful projects.
We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years of interactive experience and at least 2 years of experience as an ArtInteractive Creative Director managing a team of designers.
Role
• Lead, coach, and mentor designers to enable them to realize their potential
• Provide ongoing feedback to your team and to your management peers
• Inspire creativity and innovative thinking
• Lead the development of interactive projects
• Analyze designs for usability
• Provide design, usability, and marketing insight to clients
• Analyze workflow and team dynamic and make adjustments where necessary
• Work with the executive team and play instrumental role in driving the growth of a successful company
• Relevant design experience includes rich interactive applications, game development, motion graphics, web development, photography, and print advertising
