Position Description:
This position will be responsible for the development, architecture engineering and support of the Identity Management infrastructure that includes Active Directory, ADAM, Identity Integration Server, and Virtual Directories
Skills Required: Team member responsible for the engineering responsibilities for Active Directory, ADAM, MIIS and Virtual Directories. Analyze and optimize Identity Management infrastructure and supporting business process. Develop and architect changes necessary to support how applications use the directory. Evaluate vendor products and in-house tools. Provide direction and roadmap for the enterprise directories. Document current systems and business process. Provide architecture support for operations. Support development lab environment. Communicate IDM architecture and integration opportunities with the business
Experience Required: At least 3 years of IT experience related to Identity Management technologies Strong knowledge and experience working with Active Directory, ADAM, Identity Integration Server, and Virtual Directories. Knowledge of enterprise applications that integrate with Active Directory (Exchange, SMS, LCS, WSS, ¿) Programming and scripting knowledge that include .NET, Java, C++, and Perl Multiple platform experience with Windows, Linux or UNIX Problem resolution and troubleshooting skills Project and Change Management, Software Development Lifecycle or other similar delivery process Current on industry trends relating to security and identity management MCSE, GIAC, CISSP, SSCP or other security related certification is a plus
Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related discipline.
Education Preferred: MCSE,CISSP or other security related certification is a plus
