Job Responsibilities:
Provide level 1 troubleshooting for IVR related issues.
24x7 IVR support.
Provide technical expertise in the planning, administration and operation of a large, multi-platform and highly networked computing environment.
Work on trouble tickets on a daily basis, analyzing the issue raised by Customers.
Monitor the performance of system hardware, network, and applications on daily basis.

Required qualifications:
Hands on working knowledge of Nortel IVR.
Good command on PLSQL, Shell Script.
Hands on telephony/telecom knowledge with some prior work experience.
Good data networking and TCP/IP concepts.
Basic knowledge of Java and C.
System administration or power user skills with UNIX (Solaris8)
Hands on knowledge of T1 interfaces with Call center technology.
Superior analytical and problem resolution skills.
Effective communication skills.
Some Web Development experience

Additional Skills (nice to have):
PeriPro
VoIP, CCXML, .Net
Nuance Grammar
Network troubleshooting
SQL query construction and optimization
