We are looking candidates for Training Curriculum Developer (1366)- Austin, Texas
Minimum Requirements:
• 10 + Years -Knowledge of state of the art adult learning theory and its application.
• 10 + Years -Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development.
• 10 + Years -Knowledge of learning design.
• 10+ Years -Knowledge of needs assessment and evaluation principles, tools and techniques.
• 10 + Years -Experience developing and maintaining on-line training curriculum.
• 10 + Years -Experience translating highly complex technical materials into non-technical terms.
• 10 + Years -Skill in using Microsoft Office suite software.
Preferences:
• 15 + Years -Knowledge of the vocational rehabilitation process to help persons with disabilities become successfully employed.
• 5 + Years -Skill in developing training materials and curriculum for non-adaptive and adaptive software users (i.e., JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon, etc.).
