Our client is looking for a Software Developer to develop software for a new application that will be developed for Data Mediation. This individual needs to be an expert in software development in C on Unix/Solaris; PL/SQL mostly in an Oracle client/server environment. Much of the work will involve application development of machine-to-machine interfaces and record correlation.
Under the guidance of an existing lead engineer, this resource will develop and test software that collects network usage records from different sources, correlates the records, formats the resulting records in XML and sends them to a downstream processing system.
Required Experience:
• Mid-level Developer (3-5 years) or Senior Developer (6+ years)
• C
• PL/SQL, SQL
• Pro*C,
• Perl
• XML
• Shell scripting (ksh, awk)
Preferred Experience:
• Wireless OSS development experience
• Data Mediation experience
